“Flipvertising” was developed in Mauritius as an innovative outdoor media solution to address strict regulations that ban traditional lottery advertising, as well as the operational challenge of frequently updating jackpot information. 
The creative idea introduced a mechanical, attention-grabbing flipping billboard installed in high-traffic locations, particularly near lottery retail points where engagement matters most. While the concept and execution design focused on delivering a compliant and impactful format, media planning and placement ensured the system was deployed in the most relevant environments for maximum visibility. 
The result was a simple but distinctive OOH solution that allowed instant jackpot updates without printing or digital production, while maintaining continuous public presence within regulatory boundaries.
